Baš su me danas našli prcat u mozak. Gle seronje, kad ste rasli ko ludi baš zato što su ljudi stavljali copyrighted naterial na YouTube onda je bilo… samo daj, daj još… ma nema frke. Onda smo korisnike prodali skupa sa servisom nek se jebu sa Googleom. E ali Google nije YouTube, Google nije startup i stvar je postala prevelika da bi prolazilo sve i svašta. Da, ali ko jebe korisnike kad smo uspješno prodali servis koji su izgradili… hehe… sami korisnici svojim korištenjem.

Zašto nisam iznenađen? Pa kao da se stvari stalno ponavljaju. Pokrene se servis, ljudima se dozvoljava doslovno SVE samo da koriste to što se želi prodati i onda… prc… drito u glavu… ko vas jebe korisnici.

Isto to rade i provideri. Toleriraju lavine prijava od RIAA i MPAA i ZAMP-a. U stvari ne toleriraju nego ignoriraju. Koliko dugo? Toliko dugo dok korisnička baza ratse i koliko upravi treba da prikaže rast. Kad uprava kaže da je tržište zasićeno … bye, bye p2p. Zblokirat će sve dok si reko keks. Ma mogu oni to i danas ali… hehe… čekaj, za sad im se više isplati ignorirati kršenje autorskih porava.

Ne znam kome je uopće išta značilo nešto od onih video klipića koje sam pometao na net ali nema ih više.

E da, usput budi rečeno i potpuno nevezano za YouTube, deletao sam accounte na LinkedIn-u i Plaxou. (hint: pederi koriste korisnike za stvari koje ne daju koristiti … korisnicima) Još me čeka nešto tog brisanja debilnih servisa koji rastu na činjenici da ih održavaju korisnici i onda se počnu ponašati ko da su gospodari svemira. Neka… meni nije žao… bye, bye socijalni netwrkovi bez ideje i smisla. Ima toga na netu koliko god želiš. Što manji to bolji. U stvari, izgleda da je došlo vrijeme za skrivene mreže… ;-)

French Three Strikes Law Rides Again, EU Rules Be Damned

It was a bit of a surprise when the French parliament rejected the country’s proposed three-strikes law against file-sharers a few weeks ago. The bill had gotten a lot of support from President Nicolas Sarkozy (who is something of a pirate himself) and many musicians, but it was able to get defeated by a little bit of clever chicanery from the opposition. But the proposal lives on, and has been revived in parliament. This legislation continues, even though there isn’t agreement on whether the proposal is okay with the EU’s new draft of rules on three-strikes laws.

Google Defends Book Search Deal
After the Internet lit up with stories talking about how the Department of Justice has again trained its antitrust guns on Google, this time over its Books Search settlement with authors and publishers, the search giant is trying to convince the world that the deal is ardently pro-consumer.

Ma naravno da su “pro-customer”, sve za customere dok se može skupljati i dok se raste. Kad se skupe… ko ih šljivi. Ali koga briga, ionako e bitno samo da se skuplja pa dok se skuplja onda ne vrijede ni copyright ni ništa… Odlična je to taktika. Dok ti paše praviš se veliki revolucionar i oslobodioc svijeta i informacija i dižeš revolucije protiv groznih i strašnih pravila koji te koče. E ali kad se namiriš i kad ne želiš da tebi rade ono što si ti radio drugima dok si zgrtao pare… e onda se trebaju pravila opet iskopati… briljantno, stvarno poslovni geniji od kalibra. Možda su kod nas studirali ekonomiju.

RIAA’s Hostile Takeover of the Internet
Earlier this month, four Pirate Bay visionaries were given harsh fines and jail sentences. Their only crime: creating the largest, free, uncensored, versatile file sharing platform on the Internet. Soon after, Taiwan passed 3-strikes legislation for copyright violations. The recording industry is no longer targeting pirates – they are actually trying to hijack the very fabric of the Internet.

The apparent strategy:

1. Outlaw file sharing
2. Outlaw personal encryption and anonymization services
3. Set up a global, privately-run Internet surveillance program to spy on everybody all the time without a warrant – run by ISPs and paid for by the taxpayers
4. And finally, get the authority to block anyone from the Internet entirely, without the involvement of police, courts or any verifiable trail of evidence

Naravno, i protiv toga se može boriti ako si ISP. Naravno, tako dugo dok ti to paše. Mali ISP-ovi mogu uči u rizik da kršenjem zakona zaštite korisnike ali to je jako plitka taktika i kratkog daha. Mogli bi izgubiti jako puno i uopće nisu u položaju da nekog štite kad ih stisne zakon.

More Swedish ISPs Decide To Keep No Logs To Protect Users

We recently noted that a Swedish ISP was advertising the fact that it doesn’t keep log files of its users, following the newly implemented Swedish law, IPRED, that requires ISPs to hand over log files if users are accused of copyright infringement online. It appears that the attention generated by that one ISP has now lead multiple Swedish ISPs to also promise to delete all user data, so that there would be nothing to turn over.

Italian Courts Target Pirate Bay
Italian antipiracy campaigners have welcomed the recent Stockholm court verdict on the founders of The Pirate Bay Web site, saying it should clear the way for a similar case under the Italian justice system.

Naravno, to što Google indeksira sve, pa i potpuno ilegalne sadržaje… to nikom ništa. :-)

Google: We’re Not Like Pirate Bay
In the wake of a Swedish court’s decision to imprison the operators of The Pirate Bay, a Web site that helps users search for BitTorrent files in the same way that Google (NSDQ: GOOG) handles general Internet file searches, Google wants to make sure everyone understands that it’s no Pirate Bay.
Responding to comparisons of Google and The Pirate Bay — a functional similarity underscored by The Pirate Bay’s use on its home page of a Google-style “I’m Feeling Lucky” button — Marco Pancino, Google’s European policy counsel, stresses that Google respects the rights of copyright holders.

Da, kad tražiš preko Googlea onda možeš naći bilo koji torrent file ali… zamislite da netko na svoju stranicu stavi tražilicu kakvu ima skoro svaki sajt i koja koristi Google kao search engine. Što to nije isto kao da si pretragu napravio preko Googlea? Ako pitate Google… nije.

Google Custom Search Cuts uTorrent Off

The immensely popular BitTorrent client uTorrent recently added a Google powered torrent search engine to its website. This added search capability used Google’s custom search program and allowed visitors to search for .torrent files on Google. For reasons unknown, Google appears to be blocking the use of its search technology on the site.

A zašto ne bi pozatvarali sve žive torrent tražilice, pa navukli smo sasvim dovoljno ljudi na net da sad možemo što god želimo. Ljudi su ionako debili, neće ni skontati.

SuperFundo Torrent Site Shut Down By Government
Earlier this week we reported that the LeechersLair tracker had been closed down by its host under orders from the Malaysian government. Now SuperFundo, another long standing torrent site, has been closed down too.
