Excel Wankers and Recession Averages

Averaging pretty much anything to do with historical recessions & related bear markets is a meaningless exercise in spreadsheet-based thumb-sucking. Leaving aside my “financial history is bunk” rant, it doesn’t matter whether you’re averaging recession length, severity, or whatever, it’s all pretty much spurious and bullshit.

Problem je što i od velikih ima veći... pa se onda povremeno i "veliki" nađu navučeni na navlakušu onih većih od sebe... :-) Krize u stvari i nema kad pogledaš malo bolje. Postoji samo panika i piramidalne muljaže (Ponzi). Recimo ... sad su se dosjetili da su u stvari svi Hedge fondovi u stvari... Znaš za one fore iz Zeitgeista i drugih filmova o FED-ovom namjernom smanjivanju novca u opticaju za trećinu, o aktiviranju raznih hipoteka i jamstava koja su skrahirala gomile malih banaka, farmera i malih businessmena... Ustvari, kažu da depresija nije imala veze s burzom, nego da je to bila pogodna dimna bomba.
